ENID, Okla. — Staff reports

A portion of Red Hill Road in Grant County is closed between Four Corners and Oklahoma 11 as workers offload a nitrogen truck that had caught fire, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 2 p.m., Troop J headquarters was notified a semi hauling nitrogen had caught fire and posed an explosive threat, according to an OHP news release. Since then, the fire has been extinguished and a different semi is en route to offload the one that caught fire before it can be  moved from the roadway.

The road is expected to be blocked for a few more hours. Red Hill Road was officially closed at 2:16 p.m., according to the patrol.
