Enid police need information on stolen weapons

ENID, Okla. — On Aug. 13, Enid Police received a report of a burglary to a a residence in the 4900 block of Manchester.

The victim told officers sometime between 6:30 a.m. and 6:05 p.m., the residence was entered by unknown means with weapons being taken.

The weapons taken from the residence are a Japanese 7.7-mm with an Emperor’s stamp on the breach, drilled and tapped for a scope with rail and having a Monte Carlo stock and a 26-inch barrel; a 1946 Russian 7.62-mm, with rifle bar and cycle stamped on the breach with a 12-inch bayonet attached; a French 7.5-mm military rifle with bayonet and iron peep sights; and a Ruger .22 caliber rifle with a 10-shot magazine.

The value of  the property taken was estimated at $3,125.
