FORT SUPPLY, Okla. — Authorities are searching for two inmates who escaped from a minimum-security prison in northwest Oklahoma.
Authorities say the inmates were discovered missing Monday night from the William S. Key Correctional Facility in Fort Supply. Authorities identified the missing inmates as 31-year-old David Wayne Mackey and 31-year-old Dustin K. Flatt.
Authorities said the men were present for a 6 p.m. head count Monday but were missing at the 8 p.m. check.
David Wayne Mackey, 31, is a white man with brown hair and eyes; five feet, six inches tall; and weighing 189 pounds. He is serving a six-year sentence for drug and assault convictions from Pontotoc County. Dustin K. Flatt, 31, is a white man with brown hair and green eyes; five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 196 pounds. He is serving a two-year sentence on drug and theft convictions from Love County.
