ENID, Okla. — Enid Fire Department still was working at the scene of a structure fire, reported shortly before 11 a.m. in the 400 block of West Pine, nearly two hours later.

Firefighters were in front and back of the home at 412 W. Pine. A smaller building behind the home was fully engulfed in flames minutes after the fire was reported at 10:56 a.m.

Flames melted the siding of a neighboring home to the east as smoke billowed from beneath the eaves of the two-story brick building. Firefighters were on both sides of the building fighting back flames and attempting to extinguish a fire in the ceiling of the second story of the home.

No injuries were reported at the scene, where firefighters remained as of 12:40 p.m.
