2 small earthquakes recorded near Medford

ENID, Okla. — Two small earthquakes were reported near Medford Wednesday.

The larger one measured magnitude 2.7 and happened at 7:30 a.m. 13 miles south-southeast of Medford, according to Oklahoma Geological Survey. It was recorded at a depth of 2.4 miles.

A magnitude 2.5 earthquake was reported at 1:10 p.m. 11 miles south-southeast of Medford, according to USGS. It was recorded at a depth of 3.1 miles.
