ENID — Vicki Roberts, who works in the Garfield County court clerk's office, said her daughter Tiffany Gilliland, now Tiffany Vinci, was working on a Norwegian cruise liner at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing and picked up a copy of the Hong Kong newspaper that featured the Oklahoma City bombing on its front page April 20, 1995.

The blast killed 168 people and was the worst act of terrorism on American soil until Sept. 11, 2001.

A ceremony was held in Oklahoma City Thursday to mark the 17th anniversary of the bombing.
