ENID, Okla. —
Nominations for Billings Community Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year for 2013 are being accepted by Kay Ranney at Billings First Bank & Trust Co. and Candy Oller at W.B. Johnston Grain Co.
Nominations will be accepted through Jan. 31.
To be considered nominees must be:
• A 2013 member of the Billings Chamber of Commerce and active in the community.
• Of moral integrity, earning unusual respect from the entire community.
• A resident of the Billings area.
• A person contributing the most time and talent to the betterment of the community in the immediate past year or a person who has been a consistent booster of this community over a period of years through humanitarian service, civic leadership, chamber participation or church leadership and involvement.
Submit a short resume of a nominee in handwritten or typed format saying why you think this person is worthy.
Nomination resumes must be signed by the person submitting them.
Resumes of selected nominees meeting the criteria will be submitted to a special committee, which will determine the selection of the winner.
The recipient and nominees will be recognized at a covered-dish dinner in the Billings Community Building at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22.
The Citizen of the Year for 2012 was Donna Nightengale.
