Garfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Enid man Thursday afternoon on drug and gun complaints.
Sheriff Jerry Niles said Deputy Darryl Beebe arrested Brandon Jensen, 24, on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and transporting a loaded firearm.
Deputies patrolling in the area of Garland and Robertson at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday found a vehicle parked in the roadway, Niles said. Two men were interviewed, and drug paraphernalia was found on the driver and in the car, along with methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills, a loaded rifle, knives and uncovered syringes, Niles said.
Driver took full responsibility, Niles said, and the other man was let go.
