Video: Inhofe speaks on EPA regs and party lines

U.S. Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., said today during a stopover that EPA regulations are "100 percent partisan" and the U.S. is in "survival mode" until 2014, when he believes the Republicans will take majority in Congress. He also warned of the impact of implementation of cap and trade on United States engergy producers. If restrictions are too stringent, he said, manufacturers will head for countries with less regulation, such as China and Mexico.
