ENID, Okla. —
Air Force Airman First Class Braden G. Martin graduated Sept. 27 from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.
He also received an excellence ribbon in marksmanship.
Martin currently is studying Aircrew Flight Equipment at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas, where he will graduate in January.
He is the son of Brenda Martin and Greg Martin of Broken Arrow, and the grandson of Dean and Karan Meyer, Cleo Springs, and Leroy and Wanda Martin, Garber.
Martin is a 2012 graduate of Union High School, Tulsa.
