Pair of Easter events are scheduled at Enid Event Center, Convention Hall

ENID, Okla. — Global Spectrum, managers of Enid Event Center and Convention Hall, have scheduled a pair of events for Easter Sunday in April.

An Easter brunch has been scheduled for April 20 in the Grand Ballroom in Convention Hall.

The event is open to the public, and there are two reservation times, 8 a.m. and noon. The brunch will feature a menu suited to be a classic brunch for the whole family.

Reservations are $20 for adults, $15 for children 5-12 and free for children under 5. They can be made by calling 616-7380 or purchasing at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The public will have the opportunity to take a picture with the Easter Bunny noon to 2 p.m.

Emmanuel Baptist Church’s “The Easter Event” will be 10 a.m. April 20 in Enid Event Center. The Easter service will include a blend of contemporary and modern music.

“Join thousands of people from throughout northwest Oklahoma as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and hear from people whose lives have been transformed by His amazing grace,” said Wade Burleson, lead pastor. “The music, the testimonies and the entire atmosphere of the Easter Event will be unforgettable, as we honor the greatest event in the history of our world.”

The event is open to the public.

“We are excited about this partnership with Emmanuel Enid for hosting their Easter Event in the Enid Event Center,” said Global Spectrum’s Keller Taylor, general manager of Enid Event Center and Convention Hall. “This will be a day filed with joy and fellowship with friends and family surrounding the Easter Event service and Easter Brunch."
