Saturday’s contest was the band’s second in one week.
Band members finished with a superior rating at Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association contest Wednesday in Broken Arrow.

Big Blue Band boosters are working on fundraisers to help with expenses for the band’s upcoming trip to Chicago.
The band members will travel to perform as part of Chicago Festivals of Music April 18-22.
The group will compete in concert and jazz band and indoor drum line, color guard and twirling activities.
