Enid Police Department is trying to identify a man accused of taking a $549 AT&T Tilt cell phone from the AT&T store at Cleveland and Garriott.
According to an EPD press release, the man came to the store at 3:47 p.m. June 25 and went to the phone display. He is accused of taking the phone from the display, putting it in his pocket and leaving. He is believed to be driving a newer model black four-door Chevrolet pickup.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call EPD at 242-7000 or Garfield County Crime Stoppers at 233-6233. Callers to Crime Stoppers can earn up to $1,000 reward. They will not be required to testify and will not be identified.
