This weekÕs featured pet for Enid Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a female German shepherd.
Gracy is very playful. Although she is a friendly dog, it is recommended Gracy be in a home without other female dogs. All routine shots are up-to-date and she has been spayed.
If you are interested in meeting Gracy, call Enid SPCA at 233-1325 or visit the shelter at 1116 Overland Trail 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday or 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Adoption fees are $65 and include spaying or neutering. An adoption application is available at www.enidspca.org. Other dogs and cats can be viewed online.
Many dogs live in foster homes. Call first before stopping by to make sure the dog you are interested in is at the facility.
Enid SPCA relies entirely upon the support of donors and volunteers. Monetary donations are used for running the facility, which includes caring for the animals by providing vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick control, heartworm testing and prevention, FeLV/FIV testing, surgeries and food.
Enid SPCA offers professional grooming services in the building behind the store in the front building lobby. All purchases help support the shelter and programs.
Enid SPCA is a registered non-profit agency and all donations are tax deductible.
