1,100 pounds of cans collected

— The WildHorse Gang completed its 11th annual Aluminum Can Drive on Wednesday.
Members met at McDonald’s for breakfast provided by Steve and Lynn Biddle before unloading the 1,100 pounds of cans with the assistance of several local volunteers.
The cans were purchased by Jim Holt, of Sunrise Recycling. After delivery of the cans, the group enjoyed a pizza dinner, provided by Jumbo Foods of Enid. Matching funds were obtained, with the total receipts going to the Kremlin swimming pool maintenance fund.
