Seiling man hurt in crash

A Seiling man was injured Thursday when his motorcycle hit a pickup on Oklahoma 60 in Dewey County.
Dallas Levi Jones, 24, was taken to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and listed in stable condition with a leg injury, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at 1:51 p.m. Thursday one mile west of Seiling.
According to the report, Jones was riding a 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle west on Oklahoma 60 when he hit a 2002 Chevrolet pickup driven by Cecil Lee Sanderson Jr., 60, of Woodward. Sanderson, who also was westbound, was attempting to turn left.
Jones was thrown about 30 feet, according to the report. Sanderson was not injured.
The cause was listed as improper overtaking at an intersection.
