Ringwood man injured in crash

— A Ringwood man was injured late Thursday evening when his motorcycle struck a deer one mile north of Ames.
James Edward Weaver, 52, was driving his 2004 Suzuki motorcycle northbound on the Ames blacktop when a deer entered the northbound lane, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
Weaver struck the deer and exited the roadway to the left, according to OHP.
Weaver was transported by Ringwood EMS to St. MaryÕs Regional Medical Center in Enid with leg injuries. He is listed in stable condition.
