Enid Literacy Council Inc. to hold annual membership meeting today at library

— Enid Literacy Council Inc. will begin its annual membership meeting at 5 p.m. today in the Great Plains Room of the Library of Enid and Garfield County.
Enid Literacy Council is a non-profit organization which provides learning materials and tutoring services to meet the needs of adults who wish to improve their academic and communication skills.
The service is designed to empower residents of Enid, Garfield and surrounding counties by helping individuals raise their literacy levels.
