Paralegal to discuss senior citizen issues on Thursday

— Judy Clay, senior citizen paralegal with Legal Aid of Services of Oklahoma, will discuss legal issues with Garfield County seniors 10 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m. Thursday at Northern Okla-homa Development Auth-ority.
The session is free, and no appointment is necessary.
“Many seniors and those with hearing impairments prefer to discuss their problems in person and meeting at NODA makes it easier to review legal documents,” Clay said.
Legal Aid is a not-for-profit law firm that provides civil legal services to low-income people and senior citizens. It is funded through the federal Legal Services Corp., Oklahoma Bar Foundation, local area United Way agencies, NODA Area Agency on Aging and individual grants and gifts.
