Transcript of 911 call

911 operator: Enid Police Department, this is Brandy.

Jeremy Birchfield: Yeah, I’m on a motorcycle on the street right now going down Cleveland and I got two (expletive deleted) motorcycles coming up behind my back, trying to run me off the road.

Operator: Okay, sir. Where are you?

Birchfield: Their names are (name withheld) and ... (phone cuts out) They’re right, they’re right now (expletive deleted) trying to (expletive deleted) cross me on Southgate ... (wind and road noise)

Operator: Sir. Sir? Can you hear me? Sir.

Birchfield: I need a (expletive deleted) officer right now ... (wind and road noise)

Operator: Okay sir, I can’t hear where you’re at —

Birchfield: (yelling) I know. He’s right here beside me.

Operator: Sir —

Birchfield: (wind and road noise) I’m on ... (inaudible) ...

Operator: Can you come towards the police station?

Birchfield: Yeah, hold on.

Operator: Okay. Where are you right now?

Birchfield: I’m right now, I’m going down Cleveland out by Vance Air Force Base.

Operator: You’re heading south on Cleveland towards the air force base?

Birchfield: Yes. I’m almost at Vance Air Force Base. (wind and road noise)

Operator: I can’t, I can’t understand what you are saying sir. I’m sorry.

Birchfield: (yelling) I’m almost at Vance Air Force Ba — (cuts out and wind)

(Wind, road noise and motorcycle engines for 20 seconds. Phone cuts off.)

Operator: Are you there sir?
