Republican chairman wants yard signs left alone

— As chairman of the Republican county committee, I’d like to respectfully request no one remove, destroy or deface any Democratic political sign in any private yard, or any public property. This is not in the spirit of the Republican party. Those of us working hardest for our party would never do that, and we expect others to follow this example.
