The funeral for Casper Allen “Ghost” “Tootie” Jackson, 54. of Denver, was held Sunday, March 30, 2008, at Olinger Highland Mortuary, Thornton, Colo. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in Enid Cemetery Chapel. D. L. Norwood Sr. will officiate. Local arrangements are by Russworm Funeral Home, Enid. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
He was born Feb. 20, 1954, in Enid to Virgil C. and Elzora E. Jackson and died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, in Denver Colo.
He graduated from Enid High School. He worked many years for General Motors in Flint, Mich, and transferred to Oklahoma City’s General Motors. He was a member of Philadelphia Seventh Day Adventist Church, Enid, and attended the Adventist Church, Denver.
Surviving are one son, Kerry Jackson; two brothers, Vernon C. Jackson of Littleton, Colo., and Garland K. Jackson of Henderson, Nev.; two sisters, Shirley Jackson of Dallas and Delphine Richardson of Flint, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
