Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Chicken and dumplings or noodles, green beans, carrots, whole wheat bread, sherbet.

Tuesday: Pineapple pork chop suey, oriental mix, crispy chow mein noodles, almond cookies.

Wednesday: Chef salad, lettuce, tomato, vegetable soup, crackers, applesauce cake.

Thursday: Chuck wagon steak with gravy, seasoned Jo-Jo potatoes, collard greens, hot roll, gelatin.

Friday: Brown beans and ham, onions and banana peppers, tomatoes and okra, corn bread, cherry cobbler.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Soup, grilled cheese, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Taco casserole, rice, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Pork stir fry, noodles, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Birthday dinner — fried chicken, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
