Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland.

Monday: Baked potato with chili and cheese, cheesy winter mix, tropical fruit.

Tuesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, corn, tossed salad, tortilla chips, sherbet.

Wednesday: Pork roast with gravy, tri-color potatoes, glazed carrots, hot roll, chocolate cake.

Thursday: Indian tacos with beans, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions, pita bread, strawberry sling.

Friday: Chef’s salad, applesauce, crackers, cinnamon roll.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Grilled cheese, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Chicken strips, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: CLOSED: First Bank & Trust Appreciation Day at Covington Fire Station.

Thursday: Ham and beans, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Meat loaf, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
