Monday: Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, brussels sprouts, creamed corn, whole wheat roll, mixed fruit with vanilla pudding.
Tuesday: Goulash, tossed salad, mixed veggies, cornbread, cook’s choice.
Wednesday: Turkey and dressing with gravy, sweet potato casserole, green beans with bacon, roll, cranberry applecrisp.
Thursday: Tuna noodle casserole, peas in entree, carrots, oatmeal roll, cookie.
Friday: Black bean and beef enchilada casserole, tossed salad with tomatoes, green chili cornbread, churro with cherry sauce.
