Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, beets, hot roll, butterscotch squares.

Tuesday: Frito chili pie with cheese and onions, tossed salad, lime/pineapple gelatin.

Wednesday: Ham salad sandwich, vegetable soup, tropical fruit, crackers, cookie.

Thursday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, zucchini, whole wheat bread, apricot crisp.

Friday: Hot dogs, baked beans, sauerkraut, hot dog bun, strawberry sling.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Chili, crackers, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Sliced ham, Debbie’s mac and cheese, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Lasagna, garlic bread, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Fish, potatoes, vegetable, salad.
