Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Spaghetti, summer squash, garden salad, garlic bread, banana pudding with vanilla wafers.

Tuesday: Red beans and rice with Polish sausage, stewed okra and tomatoes, oven-roasted potatoes, corn bread, no bake cheesecake.

Wednesday: Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, California mix, roll, cinnamon roll.

Thursday: Submarine sandwich, tomato/lettuce/pickles, soup, cook’s choice, soft sub buns, macaroons.

Friday: Sliced ham, sweet potato casserole, Oklahoma caviar, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Monday: Cold cut sandwiches, chips, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Tuna casserole, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Sliced ham, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, potatoes, coleslaw, dessert.

Friday: Salisbury steak, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
