Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Baked ziti, garden salad, green beans, garlic bread, sherbet.

Tuesday: Taco salad, fiesta corn, lettuce/tomatoes/ onions/salsa, tortilla chips, apricot fluff.

Wednesday: Brunswick stew (chicken, potato), green peas, lime gelatin with pineapple, crackers, cookie.

Thursday: Pigs in a blanket, pork and beans, cucumbers, tomato, onion salad, plums.

Friday: Beef cabbage casserole with rice, carrots, corn bread roll, cook’s choice.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Sausage gravy, biscuits, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Spaghetti, garlic bread, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Chicken fries, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Birthday dinner — Turkey casserole, vegetable, salad, dessert.
