Monday: Baked ziti, garden salad, green beans, garlic bread, sherbet.
Tuesday: Taco salad, fiesta corn, lettuce/tomatoes/ onions/salsa, tortilla chips, apricot fluff.
Wednesday: Brunswick stew (chicken, potato), green peas, lime gelatin with pineapple, crackers, cookie.
Thursday: Pigs in a blanket, pork and beans, cucumbers, tomato, onion salad, plums.
Friday: Beef cabbage casserole with rice, carrots, corn bread roll, cook’s choice.
