ENID, Okla. —
The winner will be decided by the public popular vote and will receive a new 6-quart ice cream freezer for the crowd’s favorite. The evening will end at 8 p.m. with the announcement of the winner of the silent auction baskets. Each 4-H Club in Garfield County sponsors themed baskets and the public is encouraged to bid on the baskets with the proceeds going to the Garfield County 4-H programs to assist with scholarships and community service projects.
