Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Chicken fry, mashed potatoes and gravy, zucchini and tomato, whole wheat roll, banana pudding.

Tuesday: Dinner frank, pea salad, sauerkraut, hot dog bun, poke cake.

Wednesday: Chuckwagon steak, steamed broccoli, black-eyed peas, hot roll, double orange gelatin.

Thursday: Baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, Italian blend, roll, sugar cookie with apricot or pear topping.

Friday: Pecan-crusted tilapia, Harvard beets, pineapple slaw, rice pilaf, ice cream.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Soup, sandwich, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Salmon patties, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Turkey casserole, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Birthday dinner — Fried chicken, potatoes, vegetable. salad.
