Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Closed for holiday

Tuesday: Goulash, tossed salad, mixed veggies, corn bread, cook’s choice.

Wednesday: Turkey and dressing with gravy, sweet potato casserole, green beans with bacon, roll, cranberry apple crisp.

Thursday: Tuna loaf with tartar sauce, creamed peas and potatoes, carrots, oatmeal, roll, cookie.

Friday: Black bean and beef enchilada casserole, tossed salad with tomatoes, green chili corn bread, churro with cherry sauce.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Soup, sandwiches, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Mexican rice, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, noodles, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Smothered hamburgers, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
