Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Thursday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Chicken salad, fresh melon, cucumbers and tomatoes, wheat bread, cherry cobbler.

Tuesday: Breakfast casserole with eggs, meat, potato and cheese, orange juice, grits, biscuits and gravy, cook’s choice.

Wednesday: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, hot roll, classic yellow cake with chocolate icing.

Thursday: Barbecue chicken breasts, coleslaw, hominy with pimentos, bread, ice cream.

Friday: Baked lemon tilapia, cheesy broccoli, oven fries, rice pilaf, brownie.

Monday: Polish sausage roll, chips, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Ham, mac and cheese, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Goulash, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, potatoes, coleslaw, dessert.

Friday: Meat loaf, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
