Monday: Baked lemon tilapia, cheesy broccoli, blushing pears, rice pilaf, brownie.
Tuesday: Vegetable meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, Italian green beans, hot roll, applesauce.
Wednesday: Black bean enchilada casserole, tossed salad with tomatoes, green chill cornbread, churro with cherry sauce.
Thursday: Barbecue chicken breast, cole slaw, hominy with pimentos, wheat roll, ice cream.
Friday: Chicken salad, fresh melon in season, cucumber and tomato salad, crackers, apple-plum crisp.
