Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.

Monday: Oven-fried chicken, cheese and pea salad, buttered carrots, hot roll, pudding.

Tuesday: Pizza, fruit cocktail, garden salad, cookie.

Wednesday: Liver and onions or hamburger patty, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, whole wheat bread, cherry gelatin.

Thursday: Breaded pork with gravy, baked apples, succotash, corn bread, ice cream.

Friday: Tuna salad, tomato soup, corn relish, whole grain bread, peach crisp.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Cold cut sandwiches, chips, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Sliced ham, sweet potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Chef salad, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Smothered pork, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
