Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland.

Monday: Chicken fry, mashed potatoes and gravy, zucchini and tomato, whole wheat roll, banana pudding.

Tuesday: Dinner frank, pea salad, sauerkraut, hot-dog bun, Poke Cake.

Wednesday: Chuckwagon steak, steamed broccoli, black-eyed peas, hot roll, double orange gelatin.

Thursday: Baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, Italian blend, roll, sugar cookie with apricot/pear topping.

Friday: Pecan-crusted tilapia, Harvard beets, pineapple slaw, rice pilaf, ice cream.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Polish sausage, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Tuesday: Liver and onions, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Stew, cornbread, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Smothered pork chops, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
