Shipley, 80
Winston Shipley will celebrate his 80th birthday Friday with a family dinner. Cards may be sent to 1947 Arapaho, Enid, OK 73701.
He was born Aug. 23, 1928, in Douglas, to T.F. and Lottie Ship-ley.
He is a graduate of Phillips University and he married Virginia July 22, 1951.
He worked as a certified public accountant and served in the Army during the Korean War. He is a member of Central Chris-tian Church.
His children are Ginny Shipley, Enid; Dean and Jennifer Shipley, Edmond; Betsy and Mike Denny, Fort Worth, Texas; and Christy Shipley, Oklahoma City. He has seven grandchildren.
