Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal each weekday. Meal sites are Southern Heights, 5th and Wabash, and Open Door Community Center, 125 S. Main, Waukomis.
Monday: Ham and beans, spinach casserole, cornbread, peaches and strawberries.
Tuesday: Cheeseburger pie over biscuit, broccoli, buttered corn, cookie.
Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken breast, Calipso rice, green beans, whole wheat roll, double orange Jell-o.
Thursday: Taco salad with meat, cheese and salsa, Mexican cornbread, pineapple applesauce crisp.
Friday: Fish crispy with tartar sauce, cottage cheese, zucchini and tomatoes, hushpuppies, brownie.

Friday: Turkey and dressing, sweet potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
