ME: Blood alcohol of wrong-way driver over twice legal limit
Tests show the driver had a 0.18 percent ethyl alcohol concentration and the passenger had 0.44 percent. The legal limit is 0.08. Both driver and passenger and the driver of another vehicle were killed in the accident near Bison.
