OKLAHOMA CITY —
A series of four earthquakes shook the area around Oklahoma City this morning, including a 3.7 magnitude quake centered 11 miles northeast of the metro at 4:36 a.m., according to United States Geological Survey.
Others were a 2.6 magnitude located 13 miles northeast of Oklahoma City at 5:41 a.m., a 2.7 magnitude also 11 miles northeast at 7:04 a.m. and a 3.6 magnitude centered 10 miles northeast of Oklahoma City at 9:19 a.m.
Nearby towns include Edmond, Jones, Midwest City and Spencer, according to USGS data.
