ENID, OK —
Funeral service for Doris Ann Fair will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at New Hope United Methodist Church, with Dr. Sheila Combs-Francis officiating.
Burial will be 2 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery, South Haven, Kan.
Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Doris Ann was born Oct. 8, 1931, near Kellogg, Kan., to Stephen and Mildred Ogden and died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, in Enid.
She married Wendell “Bud” Fair on Jan. 9, 1951.
They made their home on the family farm in Kansas until moving to Enid.
Doris worked for Lambert’s, Enid Public Schools and Jr. Welfare League’s Return Engagement. She was an active member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Debbie and husband Chuck Hart of Enid; son, James of South Haven, Kan.; granddaughters, Andrea (Matt) Palmer of Edmond, Tammy (Cody) Nebhut and their children, Jason and Hayden of Vici, Lesly Fair and her sons Mak and John of Caldwell, Kan.; and two stepsisters, Dorothy Stevens and Joan Wood, both of Wichita, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wendell; daughter-in-law, Laura; and infant grandson.
Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church.
