ENID, OK — Funeral service for Henrietta C. Fleshman, 85, of Enid, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 22, 2013, at Maine Church of the Nazarene, with Johnny Adams officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of Stittsworth Funeral Service. Visitation with the family will be 7:30-8:30 tonight at Stittsworth’s.

Henrietta was born May 27, 1928, in Hitchcock, Okla., the daughter of Henry and Rachel Nusz Hiebert, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 14, 2013, in Enid.

She married Robert Fleshman in Kingfisher on June 14, 1947. He preceded her in death.

They lived in Okeene, moving to Enid in 1945.

Henrietta was a volunteer at St. Mary’s Hospital, the YWCA and RSVP, a board member of Enid Opportunities, Republican Women’s Association, and at the time of her passing she was serving as state treasurer of the Oklahoma Women’s Christian Temperance Union and was active with their Drug Awareness Program for the Enid Public Schools as well as other schools in Oklahoma.

Survivors include daughters, Sharon Kalow and Carol Cantrell, both of Enid; grandchildren, Dustin Wood, Robby Kalow and David Cantrell; great-grandchildren, Preston Cantrell, Shelby Wood, Austin James Kalow and Ashleigh Kalow; brothers, Raymond and wife Darlene Hiebert of Sheldon, Mo., and Jim and Opal Hiebert of Buckeye, Ariz.

Henrietta was preceded in passing by her husband, three sisters, two brothers, her parents and two sons-in-law.

The family has selected Womens Christian Temperance Union as appropriate for memorial donations.
