Loretta is a retired dispatcher for Alfalfa County and city of Cherokee and officer for Department of Corrections.
Survivors include two children, Casi Barrett and Gary and Stephanie Mast; dad, Joe Wilbanks; five grandchildren, Skyler, T. J., Nicholas, Timothy, Brayden; three sisters, Teresa Mast, Cheryl File, Kathy Bond; nieces, Tara, Tracy, Jessika, Jacklyn; nephews, Joe, Dalton; great-niece, Bella; great nephews, Leyton and Ty.
She is preceded by mother, Kathryn, and brother-in-law, Phillip Mast.
