ENID, OK —
Funeral service for Margaret Jean Swartz, 80, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at New Hope United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Sheila Combs-Francis officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Margaret was born to William and Elva (McCullough) Titus on Sept. 21, 1933, in Sharon, Pa., and died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, in Enid.
Margaret grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from New Wilmington High School.
She married and had four children.
In 1981, she moved to Enid, where she worked at Bass Hospital in housekeeping.
Margaret was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
She is survived by four sons, Harold Swartz of Enid, Charles Swartz and wife Stacie of Greenville, Pa., Gene Swartz and wife Karen of Tyler, Texas, and Mike Swartz and wife Rebecca of Hawkins, Texas; three grandchildren, Megan Howe, Leslie Swartz and Michael Swartz; five great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Jeanette Titus of Enid.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles.
Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church.
