ENID, Okla. —
A memorial service for Floyd “Ty” Wayne Lytle II, age 53, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Addison (JR) Ools officiating.
Ty was born to Kenneth Wayne and Mary Bess (Spencer) Lytle on May 22, 1960, in North Kansas City, Mo., and died Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at his home in Enid.
Ty grew up in Enid. He worked as HVAC tech for many years. On March 15, 2013, he married Stephanie Parker. Ty was a bass player for many years throughout his lifetime. Music was his passion, along with riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed camping and fishing. Ty was an honorary “Dad” and “Grandpa” to numerous people. He also had a very special relationship with his in-laws, Don and Brenda Perry, often referring to Don as the father figure he never had. Ty had very loyal friends and family who stood faithfully by him as he fought his battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie of the home; three children, Kimberly Lytle, Seth Hulsey and Tisha Mullennax, all of Enid; one grandchild, Taylor; sisters, Janell Lutzenberger and husband, Jerome, of Oklahoma City, Sheryl Powers and husband, Kent of Tulsa, Peggy Maxey and husband, Randy of Enid.
Ty was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents, Floyd and Nina Lytle; maternal grandmother, Mildren Dail; and maternal grandfather, Paul Spencer.
