ENID, Okla. — Mass of Christian burial for Denise Mae Budd, 63, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison, with Father Edward T. Menasco, Celebrant. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Bison Cemetery under the kind guidance of Stittsworth Funeral Service. Visitation with the family present will be 6-7 this evening at Stittsworth’s.

Denise was born Jan. 21, 1950, in Enid, the daughter of Laroy and Beatrice Patocka Goodpasture, and passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 29, 2013, in Enid.

She was raised in Tonkawa, graduating from Tonkawa High School. Denise attended Northern Oklahoma College.

Survivors include sons, Jeremy and Allison Budd, Timmy and Melissa Budd; grandchildren, Erin, Logan, Jeff, Kaitlyn, Brian and Calvin; one great-granddaughter, Breelynn Breckenridge; father, Laroy Goodpasture; brothers, Dennis and Connie Goodpasture, David and Sandra Goodpasture and Darren and Natalie Goodpasture; sister, Dena and Dee Stratton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Denise was preceded in passing by her mother, and niece, Jenny and her husband Chris Stiegler.

     De was born June 2, 1926, in Medford, the son of George Alexander and Myrtle Biby Hamilton. De graduated from Gore High School. He entered the U.S. Navy on July 3, 1944 and was discharged on June 13, 1946. After De returned to Medford, he and Emma Jean Carrier were married on Sept. 29, 1946, in Nash. De worked as a butcher and retired in 1989. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Medford and was ordained as a Deacon in 1951.
