ENID, OK —
Memorial service for Earline Proskovec, 90, of Enid, Okla., will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, with Father Bob Fellows officiating. Interment will follow at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church Columbarium. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
She was born March 31, 1923, in Birdsville, Ky., to Opal and Earl J. Fresley and adopted by Arthur and Myrtle Jones in 1927. She passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, in Enid.
She married Alfred Proskovec on May 5, 1944. The couple moved to Enid in 1965.
She was a member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, enjoyed playing bridge and was a loyal Sooner fan.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Nahorski and husband Ken of Brookfield, Wis.; son, Nick Nahorski and wife Natalie and two grandchildren, Abigail and Henry of Dexter, Mich.; and special family friend, Kay Bonar of Enid.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred, and her parents.
Memorials can be given to Furever Friends with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
