ENID, Okla. —
Graveside service for Clifford Vernon Barker, 74, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, in Memorial Park Cemetery, Edmond. Visitation with family will be 6-7:30 p.m. today at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home, Enid.
Clifford was born to Granville and Edna May (Shaeffer) Barker on Feb. 11, 1939, in Cleveland, Okla., and died Saturday, March 16, 2013, in Enid.
Cliff lived the majority of his life in Edmond before moving to Enid in 2000. He loved country western music, especially George Jones, and enjoyed watching wrestling on television.
He is survived by special niece, Betty Weber and husband Allen of Edmond; brother, Russell Barker and wife Laoma of Edmond; sister, Judy Sparks and husband Ralph of Norman; sister-in-law, Janett Barker of Enid; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Harold and Mega Logan of Enid.
Cliff was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clarence; and sister, Pauline Weese.
Memorials may be made to Heritage Fellowship in Edmond.
