• Jeffery Shannon, of the 400 block of North 22nd Street, reported between 11:40 p.m. May 27 and 9:30 a.m. May 28 someone broke a window to his vehicle and stole a CD stereo, two CDs, a remote control and a photograph. Estimated damage and loss, $860.

• Robert Hayden, of the 2900 block of Wildwood, reported between 8 a.m. and May 20 and 11:59 p.m. May 21 someone took a snow blower, edger, garden shed, utility wagon and portable dog pen out of his yard. Estimated loss, $1,275.

• Bernice Bentley, of the 700 block of East Randolph, reported at 12:30 p.m. May 25 she either lost or someone stole her wallet with a driver’s license, social security card and money inside. Estimated loss, $600

• Sammy Floyd, of the 1400 block of Cheyenne, reported between 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. May 28 someone entered his residence and took his wife’s gold ring, a platinum wedding ring, a gold band attached to it and a spare key to a vehicle. Estimated loss, $2,700.



Friday, 5/29

• Darrel Wood, of the 3300 block of Cookout Dr., reported between 4:30 p.m. May 21 and 4:30 p.m. May 29 someone turned on his water hose causing his basement to flood, damaging dry wall, paint, carpet and pad. Estimated damage, $1,600.

• Vickie Gillespie, of the 700 block of West Coolidge, reported between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. someone damaged her vehicle while it was parked at Oakwood Mall. Estimated damage, $1,575.



Saturday, 5/30

• Teddy Steele, of the 1400 block of Hite, reported between 10 p.m. May 29 and 5:30 a.m. May 30 someone slashed the tires on his truck while it was parked at his house. Estimated damage, $1,200.

• Jimmy Watson, of the 200 block of East Ohio, reported between 11 p.m. May 29 and 6:00 a.m. May 30 someone broke the windshield and driver’s side window of his vehicle. Estimated damage, $600.

• Wilma Jones, of the 4800 block Spring Ridge, reported between 11:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. May 31 someone entered her residence, doing damage and taking currency. Estimated damage and loss, $1,600.

• Amber Morris, of the 200 block of South 6th, reported between 9:30 p.m. May 30 and 5:55 p.m. May 31 someone took her laptop with adapter from her vehicle while it was parked at 600 N. Independence. Estimated loss, $775.
