Monday
• Boyd Freeman, of the 2800 block of Whippoorwill, reported he either lost or someone took a 2-karat diamond necklace, diamond stud earrings, a 4-karat diamond bracelet, a 3.25-karat diamond ring, a Concorde diamond watch with 20 diamonds, a diamond bracelet with 15 diamonds and a 22-inch Mikimoto pearl necklace from his residence between 8 a.m. April 10 and 3:55 p.m. Monday. Estimated loss, $38,500.
• Scott Campbell, of the 1400 block of West Maple, reported someone took a blue Samsung slider phone and a white Phillips DVD player from his residence between noon and 3 p.m. Monday. Estimated loss, $268.88.
Wednesday
• Carpet One, of the 3100 block of North Van Buren, reported between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday, an unknown person used a piece of concrete to break out the front plate glass door to gain entry and took a cash register containing $150 and a bank bag containing $250. Estimated loss and damages, $700.
• Charles Rogers, of the 200 block of Brooks, reported someone kicked in the back door of a residence in the 1300 block of East Cherokee between noon Monday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and broke a mirror. Estimated damages, $500.

Thursday
• Jennifer Lake, of the 1200 block of West Oklahoma, reported between 2:45 and 2:47 a.m. Thursday an unknown person took her HP Pavilion laptop with serial number CNF7386833 from the porch of a residence in the 400 block of North Lincoln. Estimated loss, $2,000.
