Harvey named outstanding customer service representative of year for Okla.

AUSTIN, Texas — The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has announced Tiffany Harvey is the 2012 Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year recipient for the state of Oklahoma.

To qualify for this top state honor, Tiffany submitted the winning essay with the prompt, “Given the emphasis that many of your Commercial Lines and Personal Lines clients place on price, identify and explain four (4) important actions your companies have taken, or could take, to help you and your agency become more competitive.”

Additionally, Harvey was selected for having demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance community.

Harvey began her insurance career as a CSR in 2008. She has been employed by the Messer-Bowers Agency of Enid since that time, serving as a commercial lines account manager specializing in the oil and gas industry.  She has been a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals since 2008 and is the current president of the Insurance Association of Enid. Harvey attained her AINS and CISR designations in 2011 and currently is working toward earning her CIC designation.
